Success Trade Securities is an SIPC insured FINRA broker-dealer that provides the trading and execution services necessary to execute financial brokerage transactions among the US exchanges.

In addition, we work closely with our clearing firm partner, Legent Clearing LLC, who clear and settle trades while providing back office services to our clients. Our clearing firm holds client assets and provide clearing and settlement services for our broker-dealer subsidiary. The reputation and financial status of this firms are imperative given the recent market conditions, and the communication efforts between Success Trade Securities and its clearing firm is essential in providing a seamless service to client from trading and execution to clearing and settlement.
